All Materials designed by OohLaLa Scraps including but not limited to images and text, are protected by copyright under U.S. copyright law, international conventions, and other copyright laws. You cannot use the Content except as specified herein.
You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.
YOU MAY:
Alter these images to fit your scrapbooking needs, including resizing, recoloring and cropping as long as credit is given to the designer.
If you use these graphics in a layout submitted to an online gallery, magazine or other publication you must give credit to OohLaLa Scraps.
YOU MAY NOT:
Offer these items in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually, either for sale or free, create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share this kit.
You may not add to or distort, alter or re-colour any graphic and claim them as your own.
You may not make any graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
Do not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
TEMPLATE USE:
YOU MAY NOT Use templates or premade pages for publication or call them your own works.
Please credit them as a template or premade page and provide the proper credit to OohLaLa Scraps.
Unauthorized Use:

Commercial Terms of Use - User License
These Terms of Use are valid only for commercial use products
The Commercial use license for Designers allow the creation of other products for digital and hybrid scrapbooking.
By using commercial products from OohLaLa Scraps, you are agreeing to the terms of use below so please read them fully.
1 - You may not resell my products in their original design individually.
2 - You may not resell my products in their original design if they are actions, brushes, styles, templates, etc.
3 - You may not use our commercial use products to make other CU or CU4CU products.
4 - When creating Quick Pages e Digital Photobooks the final product needs to be saved as .png or .jpg format with no individual layers or elements files.
5 - You may not create a pack or kit with commercial products only. My commercial products should be no more than 50% of a kit except for alphas.
6 - You may not use my graphics on illegal websites or publications.
7 - You may not desature or alter any of my graphics to Gray Scale to resell them as Templates.
8 – You may alter size, colors (grayscale products), as you need.
9 - You may not offer any of these graphics on any webpage for download, send them through a list such as a news
or Yahoo group, Google Groups, Comunities on the internet like Orkut, Gazzag and others or include them in any graphics collection either on the internet or otherwise.
10 - You are not required to give credit in your terms of use.
11 - You may create PU/S4H and/or S4O kits with my commercial use products.
12- Tutorial Writers you are welcome to use our items in your tutorials. All i ask is that proper credit be given with a link back
